They completely remade my band and explained the entire process to me. It turned out beautifully and better than I could have ever imagined. David Katsandres T. Anthony Jewelers did an amazing job for us! We worked with Andrea to design an engagement ring and wedding bands, and she was awesome. The emerald in our ring is stunning, and everything turned out just perfect. The attention to detail really made a difference. We also got a custom mens wedding band from them. The first version wasnt quite what we were looking for, but they were able to work with their vendor to have it modified for free, and it turned out perfect! Even though we moved an hour and a half away during the process, they were super accommodating, shipping the rings back and forth without charging us for it. They also took care of the appraisals and helped us navigate insurance. I would highly recommend T. Anthony Jewelers to anyone. They made the whole process stress-free and really fun. Cecelia Linsley Almost two years after the center stone in my engagement ring became disengaged from the rest of the ring, I took it on Monday to Grahams Jewelers to have it repaired with a new stone. Mr. Nguyen found a perfect replacement stone in his supply and, when I asked if he could also resize the ring and my wedding ring, he assured me he could do anything. Two days later, I picked both rings up and theyre beautiful! I could tell that Mr. Nguyen could see how happy I was and that he was proud of his work. We found the price for the work and the stone to be very reasonable. I will definitely take any future jewelry repairs here!

Sydney Hunter i went in today with two of my friends and the workers were so so sweet!! showed me all their best jewelry and promoted their biggest sales!! We were in there for about 45 minutes today and the employees were so sweet piercing my friends ears and helping us find the right jewelry for ourselves!

Tonia Jackson Kim was always a pleasure to work with. We have bought multiple rings, necklaces ect from here. Unfortunately Kim retired and the new manager is not so good. She made my husband feel like he was being profiled. acted like he shouldnt be there and was wasting her time. He took my engagement ring to get it cleaned and purchase a new band for me. Not only did he take my ring but the ring size is in their computer, when he got the new ring its was way too small and my engagement ring wasnt clean. The new manager clearly doesnt care about customer service and now that Kim is gone, so are we. We will not be returning to be treated like crap. We will stick to Tiffany and Co.....
