5 /5 Logan Silverberg: First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

3 /5 Tanya Zubova: I’m in love with the ring itself — the design is beautiful and the craftsmanship initially looked great. However, after less than a year of gentle wear, the setting became loose, and the ring kept spinning on my finger, despite being the correct size. We scheduled an appointment to fix the setting and, based on the store’s advice, decided to install sizing beads to improve the fit. The beads weren’t covered under warranty, so we paid for them out of pocket. We clearly expressed that we preferred to pick up the ring in store once the work was complete. About a month later, we started receiving FedEx delivery notices on our door several days in a row. I hadn’t ordered anything, so it wasn’t clear what it was — until I called the store and found out they had shipped the ring without informing us. That was frustrating, especially after we’d made our pickup preference clear. I had to rearrange my schedule just to be home for the delivery. When the ring finally arrived — surprise — the sizing beads we paid for were never installed. While the setting itself was fixed, the job was only half done. Disappointed by the communication and follow-through, especially considering how much we valued the piece and trusted the store.

I was looking forward to seeing him again, and he once again made the whole experience a breeze. Bradley is just as informative and helpful as the first time — he remembered exactly what I was looking for and took the time to go over all the details with me. His expertise and friendly demeanor made it so easy to navigate the options and feel confident in my choice. Its clear he genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect piece, and that’s something I really appreciate. If you’re ever in the store, I highly recommend asking for Bradley — he’s truly the best! I can’t wait to work with him again.
