5 /5 laurie Burkhalter: I have to give my praise to them! I am so happy with getting the ring sized of my late grandmother. It’s my wedding ring now and the price was amazing. I brought a watch in that another store couldn’t get the back off and I think 6 or 7 more repairs that were minor but they did a great job and didn’t treat me like the minor repairs weren’t worth their time. Better than anywhere else.

2 /5 Danielle Gardner: I am not pleased with the work they have done. I brought in my wedding and engagement rings to be resized. Yes they fit well, they polished and cleaned my rings, but you can see the solder lines, some discoloration and cracks. Its clear they did not use enough material to fully solder the pieces together completely. I paid a good amount to have this work done by professionals and this does not feel like professional grade work. These two rings mean a lot to me and were passed down to me. Now I have to find a better professional to fix the work that they failed to complete.

3 /5 Amy Lyden: They "cleaned" my silver vintage ring and completely removed the black oxidation that intentionally gave the details contrast. They also double charged me- I paid cash when I dropped it off and then was told they didnt mark the receipt so they made me pay again. $50 resizing cost me $100 and now I have to figure out how to restore the black oxidation. The resizing is flawless though. Won some and lost some.

5 /5 Kari Stuhmer: My Jewelers has been my go-to this past summer. First, I took in a diamond I wanted reset in a ring. Joe designed and created the setting from scratch. He is a very talented artisan. I learned a lot about the process thanks to the time Joe took to educate me. Later, I took in an emerald ring that I thought was chipped. I learned these werent chips, but small natural inclusions. Joe educated me on the process for improving the appearance of emeralds. Mine came back looking brand new after his treatment with cedar oil, minimizing the inclusions, and the polishing of the setting. Joe also did appraisals on both rings and provided me with tips for purchasing jewelry insurance. Thank you, My Jewelers. .

Since then, I’ve received antiques and other jewelry as gifts from my hubs, and brought pieces in for evaluation, cleaning, and repairs.
