1 /5 kelsy Ann: Worst experience ever. Sales woman was extremely rude. Completely ignored me and then when I was being helped took the ring I was looking at and gave it to another person. No conversation or whether I was going to purchase it or where I was in buying process. She had little to no customer service skills. I drove from an hour away to view a ring they had to see if it would work well with my existing stack. I will not be wasting my time.

5 /5 marisa: came in here wanting an engraved necklace, although they don’t offer the hand written engraving we were able to get the charm & chain & were told locations that offer it nearby. we didn’t get the name of the sweet lady that helped us but she was extremely sweet & informative! :)

1 /5 Sevy Chay: I bought my 5 year old this Pandora Bracelet in October 2022. Since she’s had it the clasp would open at least 2 times a day. Today after 7 months, I finally had time to take it in to get it fixed. The first person I spoke to advised me that there was no warranty. It looks like wear and tear. The bracelet is not meant to be worn everyday and there are too many charms that’s why the clasp won’t stay closed. I told her that this was happening right when we got it home to my daughter when there was only a couple of charms. She also mentioned that they are not meant for kids. I asked her then why did they have a size that fits my tiny 5 year old. She’s went to say it would fit her. Yeah if I was a 100 pounds soaked and wet It’ll fit me too. I asked for the manager and I got Liza, the assistant manager. Gave me the same information. She clasped it and wiggled it and it came open and still told me it’s not under warranty defect. Then she condescendingly ask me why I waited 7 months to come in not once but twice. I was frustrated and told her I’m a VERY BUSY WORKING PARENT and that her question was uncalled for and I didn’t appreciate her tone. After getting no where she recommended me to go to Southhill Store in Puyallup because they might be able to warranty it out. Why she couldn’t warranty it and recommend another Pandora was were I lost my cool. There is 1 year warranty. My daughter climbs to go down the slide an it unclasps. She’s not rough with her things. I asked for the store managers info and she told me to GOOGLE IT!!! I stood my ground an waiting for her managers number and corporate. At the end of the day it’s not about the money. The way I was treated and not backing up a warranty.

1 /5 Amanda Lee: Felt rushed for a place that is suppose to feel like you’re personalizing something for a loved one. Naya was very robotic and did not seem to care unlike her other two associates who spent a lot of time with their customers. I have been to the auburn and Southcenter pandora as well, def wouldn’t return to the Tacoma one

5 /5 A Rod: Went in just wanting to look around, Alicia greeted and helped me, she showed me some pretty charms, i love the Disney collection. I ended up buying this ring for my sister! If you’re going to Pandora definitely recommend the sales associate I had Alicia. Very very nice with great customer service, will be coming back!
