Taiki Mo I came in needing my watch sized, multiple employees were quick to assist and inviting. You can actually feel they care about their customers and treated me like family. Lisa was lightning fast with my watch fitting! Even ran back and forth to ensure it was the perfect size for me. Claire Nguyen What an incredibly kind man! He’s super experienced and knew the problem with my vintage watch immediately and fixed it and resized it on the spot. He has a ton of antique jewelry to look at as you wait and all the photography on the walls are his own work. A true craftsman and I’m happy to now have a jeweler to help with any issues in the future.

Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

Roniann Mears I can’t speak highly enough of this local family owned business. Not only are they incredibly kind, but they also do beautiful work. I had the shank of my wedding ring replaced with white gold (from yellow gold) and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They also rebuilt a few prongs to make the diamonds more secure. They were incredibly patient with me while I swayed between ideas and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thanks so much Brent, Bryce, and Mike for the amazing experience ☺️

I got two bracelets, my boyfriend got a ring. All of it was very nice:) very good experience here. I read some previous reviews and I would point out this owner is elderly and seems to have very traditional values maybe that explains his “rudeness” as mentioned in the other reviews. We both had an amazing time. Like amaaaazinggggg. They were very good.

As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind!
