Krista Hinzel Great experience working with Donna at fwcj to create a custom sapphire ring. It turned out so incredibly stunning and I’m absolutely in love with it. She was so patient working through the design and the stone selection and so great with my toddler in tow for all of my appointments. Would highly recommend her and this jewelry store to anyone!

She was always so patient, kind, and communicative while we went back and forth on what we liked and didn’t like to help us find our ring. Laura Tipton I had a ring with a large stone that I tan over with my car! The stone came out and the prongs were completely smashed. I took it to another jeweler that I had previously used. The quote was $900 to repair it! I luckily took it in to Lorraine’s and he did a beautiful job and charged me $95. I was thrilled with the repair and the price!
