We appreciate their amazing job resizing my wedding ring and ordering my husbands ring in time for our wedding. They provide top notch customer service, excellent resolution, are very friendly, kind, resourceful, welcoming, and care about your needs. Chad Kisamore I arrived just after Tim had opened. I was stunned at the wide variety of amazing items from all cultures and time periods. We began talking and I was looking for a very specific set of pens made by Parker in the 1970s. Tim went in the back and low and behold he had them. We agreed on a price and I will always drop by from now on when in town. Dont miss this gem of a store and say hello to Tim he is a genuinely great person!

LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. Holly Fritz I am so happy with my experience here. I brought them four rings that needed various repairs. My wedding ring and my engagement ring needed to be sized up, another ring needed a lost diamond replaced, and the last ring was a family heirloom that needed the stone tightened and the ring and cleaned and polished. They had all of the work done in a week and everything is perfect. They were so easy to work with I highly recommend you go to them for your jewelry needs.

Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences.
