However, with the customized and personal shopping experience that I have received by Diana the Jeweler made my purchase even more delightful. I got baptized and was looking for a cross to symbolize my faith, she worked with me in personalizing and finding exactly what I wanted. Sydney Hunter i went in today with two of my friends and the workers were so so sweet!! showed me all their best jewelry and promoted their biggest sales!! We were in there for about 45 minutes today and the employees were so sweet piercing my friends ears and helping us find the right jewelry for ourselves!

Rob Swanson Mike and John are amazing! My wife wanted two custom bands made to frame her engagement ring, we brought the gold and diamonds from my deceased mother in laws wedding ring to make this a special piece. They worked with us throughout the process, communicated clearly, were super friendly and their craftsmanship is second to none. I wouldn’t trust any other jeweler to do this project and I’m so glad we used Jewel Crafters.

Jessee Taylor I had to take a moment to share the incredible customer service I’ve experienced at JLewis Jewelry—not just once, but multiple times over the years. Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched.
