Jesse Moore This store has local, unique, and high quality jewelry pieces. I bought a one-of-a-kind necklace here last year that I never take off and they customized it to my desired lengths. It initially came with a very dainty chain that cant survive my chaotic nature, I took it into the shop for repairs a few times and they were always so friendly and willing to repair it. A year later I finally got a heftier chain that has my charm customized to sit in the middle so the closure stays in the back! Every time I bring it in the owner recognizes the charm which feels really special and unique. I love this shop!!

Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.

Teresa Suprak Excellent customer service at this location!! Cindy the manager, does a great job of hiring very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a watch for my sick husband and Nina did a nice job of showing me the watches. Cindy made sure the watch had the correct time and date, making it much easier for me! Everyone there had a welcoming smile and told me Thanks for coming in! A rarity these days. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs and excellent customer service!

Good chime I absolutely love this jewelry stand! The pieces are so beautiful and unique, I actually bought a ring here before and completely fell in love with it. Recently, I came back and had the best experience with Alyssa. She went above and beyond to help me, making me feel so confident and excited about my purchase. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that special while shopping, but Alyssa truly did. Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!
