1 /5 Lauren Berry: Absolutely beautiful jewelry but Ive had to replace a 1,000 dollar necklace 3 times because it kept breaking at the soldering. I have a ring as well but day 1 it was bending all over the place. The floating plumeria ring. It cut into the top of my finger where I was wearing it. The earrings that I bought break out my ears and everything they sell bends. Looks beautiful though it will just break anytime it feels like. Also enjoy having a bent necklace. My boyfriend and I were at first delighted to find this shop until we realized that its cheap with a high price tag. 4/10 I highly recommend not buying here. I regret the over 2,000 I have spent there.

2 /5 May Huang: I went in and asked to be sized for a ring and they informed me they only size when they order rings. I was planning on shopping wedding bands and had already researched that this place was within our budget. There were no other customers and the two sales people were chatting as I came in so they weren’t exactly too busy to help me. I’ve worked retail and I wouldn’t waste someone’s time unless I was a serious customer. The weekend before I had no problem getting sized at a different jewelry store before browsing their selection. I just wanted to be sized to confirm that I am actually a 5 since that seemed smaller than I would have thought. The whole experience didn’t make me feel welcomed and as a quickly browsed through the cases neither associate really made an effort to reengage with me. Our budget for our wedding bands is around 1k each and this shop could have potentially had our business for wedding bands and future gifts but we’ll be looking elsewhere.
