She walked us through all the steps and took time to explain everything. The most professional and clean piercing studio I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Every time I come here I get the best service and the best smiley personality that everyone love to see and feel when having something so close contact and personal being done. They have great prices and great products. Honestly one of the best places to get your piercings done in town. No one else can compete with the amazing wonderful ladies!!! 1000/10 recommend. You won’t be disappointed!!!

She really helped keep me calm, showed me the whole sanitation process, talked to me about aftercare even though she knew I had done it before. It was great to be fully informed and I felt really taken care of! I won’t go to anyone else from now on, and can’t wait to see Chrissy again!

5 /5 Gavin McDonald: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Cannot recommend highly enough. I’ve had lots of piercings done at Integrity Piercing (and other places in the past) and this is easily my favorite studio. Chrissy is extremely knowledgeable and has done some unique (complicated) piercings on me, such as conch/lobe orbital. She takes plenty of time to ensure placement is perfect, the best jewelry is used for each piercing, and explains techniques/materials/tools when I’ve had questions. She’s also been very helpful when I’ve needed to swap out jewelry due to swelling after a new piercing and also will do follow up checks via emails/photos for those of us that live farther away, which I appreciate a lot. She’s shipped replacement jewelry to me so I don’t have to make a trip to Wenatchee for more urgent things, too. I haven’t had a piercing done by Whitney but she seems very knowledgeable and very nice as well when she’s given me aftercare information, etc. Lots of beautiful jewelry available as well, and I’ve also had custom Anatometal niobium jewelry ordered here and had a great experience with that. And because they’re appointment-only, it’s a very calm environment which is nice if you’re having genital/nipple piercings done or checked on and you want that extra bit of privacy. This is the only APP member studio in Central WA (as of 2025) but even if there were others, it’d be worth the ~65mi drive for me.

5 /5 Karin Volpe: This shop is amazing! my initial experience was great but the follow up care is what blew me away. One of my new piercings had a reaction while I was on a work trip out of town. Chrissy responded right away on her day off and found a local shop to help me. I am so thankful for how far out of her way she went.
