Jullia Kim I went to over 20+ stores for my ring that I wanted. I saw it on display at another jeweler but wasnt with the right person to buy it at the time. I took a picture of it, and kept it until the time was right. Amit took a look at the picture, and after SO many other jewelers rejected me, said it would be no problem. Within a month (I would have waited longer because of how good of a job he did) he had the mounting made, had the stone choices for me to pick, and the shape was perfect. Yeet Mgyeet Went here for the first time to buy a laptop and the customer service was great. Rodney was able to help us navigate which one would be the best fit for us and also helped with updating it as well. They also had a nice selection of jewelry and electronics. Tea Marie All of the staff were amazing! Mj was super helpful with picking the jewelry and overall has such an awesome vibe! Then when I had taner as my piercer, he explained the whole process and care, answered all my questions and reminded me of my breathing. He made the process super easy! Cassandra Kelly The vegan fudge at the Fudge Hut is delicious! They have several flavors to choose from and they’re all so tasty! My personal favorite was the chocolate peanut butter and the German chocolate. Vegans and non dairy people, look no further for the tastiest fudge, yum! The lady working there was also very kind. Morgan Flowers I would give Mike and the team 10/10 if I could. I originally reached out exploring ideas for a custom wedding band. Life got busy, and the team was so amazing and reached back out a few months later. Again, we explored other designers in town. Ultimately we chose to go with Mike and Teneff. Mike took the time to meet with us individually to explore design ideas- and even let me change my whole idea! He was professional, and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable trusting the team with family diamonds and gold that are very dear to me. Mike and the Teneff team exceeded my expectations with communication throughout the entire process. The end result is I have the wedding band of my dreams that means so much to me. Lucky, grateful and proud to have it crafted by Mike and the Teneff team.

AJ 10 stars if I could!!! Fantastic experience with Laura from start to finish. She was professional and very knowledgeable about watches. She even noticed my Grand Seiko when I first met her, she knew my exact watch and about its movement so great to work with a fellow watch nerd. At first I was reluctant to put my name on the list as I had prior bad experience with other Rolex ADs but she convinced me to put my name down. I’m super happy I did because she was an awesome person to work with and a true representative of Ben Bridge and the Rolex brand. Shout out to Conor as well for helping me pick up the watch as I had to get it last second. All in all I highly recommend them!

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. She is a kind person and wants to help her customer. Stop by this location and ask for DAYA. She is the best. She is my go to from now on. Thank you again. I really appreciate you DAYA.

Juls pulido I went to jewelry exchange in Renton where I bought my ring it broke but when I took it back they repaired it in two hours at no cost. very nice people good customer service very understanding and what I liked they put the customers first. Will continue to shop and purchase my diamonds there.
