Gabriel Tam Such amazing staff and options. Love every time we go! My late grandmother left me with some jewelry, and one piece was an old styled diamond ring. Michelle worked with my wife to get the diamond back to amazing shape and set it in a new, timeless ring that will be passed down to my daughter. Edit: we’ve now shopped from Kantor multiple times. Michelle is the best. She knows everything my wife and I like. She helps with gifts we give each other. The quality of diamonds are unmatched. We appreciate her dearly.

Smough I had a gold chain that had broken near the clasp and needed desperate fixing. Luckily I found this gem of a store. To start, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted me at the counter as if Id been there a hundred times before. When I presented them with my problem, they were more than happy to help. They took my gold chain and quoted me a very reasonable price. They got to work immediately and within the next 20 minutes, my chain was back together and looked good as new. Ive never seen a jewelry store do same day repairs like that and usually it takes over a week to get your stuff back. This was a treat and im happy I found this place. Telling all my friends that this is the place for any jewelery repairs from now on.

I couldnt do it at thr time but she promised me when I could afford it with all the amazing discounts and ways she was helping me my price would never change. Aaron noticed a price tag error on another set and decided to help me out and price the controllers at the online inventory price. He was very polite and immediately acknowledged the error on the price tag. Best service Ive had yet in this store!
