1 /5 Jasmine Johnson: Super disappointed in the quality of their lip ring jewelry. I bought this ring a week ago and the color immediately tarnished away in a few days and the bracket does not stay intact and its constantly coming undone. This is a brand new lip ring compared to a year-old lip ring. Over priced for the quality.

5 /5 Tea Marie: All of the staff were amazing! Mj was super helpful with picking the jewelry and overall has such an awesome vibe! Then when I had taner as my piercer, he explained the whole process and care, answered all my questions and reminded me of my breathing. He made the process super easy! Im thankful to have such amazing staff help me today!!

5 /5 Kelley Batters: Rachel is awesome! I had my conch piercing out for a couple of weeks, couldn’t get jewelry back in. I was scared I had to get it re-pierced but she used a taper and put my jewelry in! Life saver!! Also pierced my 4 year olds ears and did an amazing job with her :)

4 /5 Louise Elizabeth: I had my ears re-pierced by Tanner in January at Silver Safari. I really liked him and he did a fine job. He said it could take up to 6 months to heal and Im almost there. Tanner was a good experience but I dont care for how you are made to wait in line outside the store and I really didnt care for the lack of customer service. I think those that work there could be more professional about it all. They ignore those they could be helping while interacting between themselves. That was my experience with it and, again, Tanner was wonderful and does an excellent job.

2 /5 Mason Wood-Seckler: The piercing looks great and is healing well, all the staff were really kind and helpful. But they never asked me what my name was or about allergies or anything like that which was slightly frustrating. The piercer was clearly very experienced but they used numbing cream and I never said I wanted that or consented to the use of it, I have very sensitive skin and like to know what’s going on it before it’s applied. The wait time was also weird, they said roughly 10-15 minutes and they didn’t take my friend and I back for almost 45. If they’d been honest I wouldn’t have a problem but we had plans so it kind of screwed us over. Overall great staff and very clean but please work on the small customer service things
