1 /5 PJ: Avoid this place. Abysmal customer service. I went to buy new studs to replace the ones I lost and get my ears repierced. The lady that did the piercing was new and pierced my ears with the wrong studs instead of the ones I picked out. Thats fine, mistakes happen. After I pointed out they were the wrong ones she went to get her manager. The manager came by and told me the ones I picked out were sold out, so I asked if I could refund or exchange them when they were back in stock. She basically said no, because I already got pierced, WITH THE WRONG STUDS. No refund, no exchange, no discount, not even an apology for making me pay for something I didnt choose to buy.

5 /5 Savannah Johnsen: Got both of my nostrils pierced and Lucy did such an amazing job!! She was very adamant about making sure they were even and looked good. The piercing process went very smooth and i was a little nervous but Lucy helped me feel comfortable and talked through everything she was doing so there wasn’t anything unexpected or surprising. Overall would highly recommend and the pricing was very reasonable too!

5 /5 Che T: Got my nose pierced here and Hailey was amazing, super personable, patient, friendly and did a great job with the piercing. The other staff member was super nice too, I just didn’t get her name; a dog made a mess while in the store and without any hesitation she cleaned it up and still kept a smile on. Great customer service all around.

5 /5 Dylan & Karalyn Wedding: Another wonderful experience with Hailey!! This was my second time going back to her to get my piercings done! I now have 4 piercings from her (2 sets) and I love them all!! She’s super kind and relaxing and makes the whole process super smooth. She’s always clean and takes her time to make sure things are evenly placed and done to my liking. Shes an absolute gem and I would trust her with ANY of my piercings. She also followed up on my last piercing, just to make sure it was healing and I had no issues. This was very sweet and unexpected! Great customer service! I always leave with a smile on my face:) 10/10 always!! For reference: Service is free with purchase of earrings and they have loads of sizes, metal finishes and styles to pick from. Both sets of my piercings, along with the free cleaning solution cost me between 30-40 bucks depending on the size of the earring I chose. Process is super quick and clean and I was in and out both times in under 20 minutes.
