Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made.
