Angela T Ive had really good experiences here. Ive purchased from other jewlers and online, but the items I purchased at this jeweler have been the highest quality and beauty. The staff treats me with kindness and attentiveness whether I make a purchase or not. Other jewelers wont give me care and service if they dont believe theyll get a sale. So I keep returning here. Just bought a certified diamond and I love it.

JOSHUA PELLOW I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone at Pandora Bellevue. And today was no different, I work in Bellevue and I don’t always have the time to browse and shop simultaneously on my visits, so the BOPIS option is excellent, I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon I came in to collect the charms I selected, above and beyond service! My order wasn’t ready but the lovely lady who assisted me picked them and wrapped them beautifully. She asked me how long I had been collection and I said since 2013, and she was pleasantly impressed! Which made me feel valued in and as a returning customer. Pandora for me is like a candy shop, haha! It’s always sweet to pick up something shiny that brightens my day! Thank you team Bellevue! ❤️

Smough I had a gold chain that had broken near the clasp and needed desperate fixing. Luckily I found this gem of a store. To start, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted me at the counter as if Id been there a hundred times before. When I presented them with my problem, they were more than happy to help. They took my gold chain and quoted me a very reasonable price. They got to work immediately and within the next 20 minutes, my chain was back together and looked good as new. Ive never seen a jewelry store do same day repairs like that and usually it takes over a week to get your stuff back. This was a treat and im happy I found this place. Telling all my friends that this is the place for any jewelery repairs from now on.

Athena Obregon First time checking out this spot on a whim while checking out the area, and it was worth it. The jewelry and artwork was beautiful and there were so many other unique items to look at from perfume to candles. My sister and I got ourselves sterling rings that are gorgeous. Highly recommend stopping by to see what they have.

She is such a lovely person, she remembers all of our conversations and little things about me which make me feel special. I can tell she’s passionate about her work. Matthew Davidson Came here with my girlfriend to browse their ring selection. Worked with Jamal, he is super knowledgeable and seems to enjoy working here. He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.
