1 /5 Garry: I had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased a ring and paid extra to have it engraved—only to receive it with the engraving done incorrectly. They offered to fix the mistake, and I specifically asked three separate times whether polishing the ring would affect its structure or appearance. Each time, I was assured it would not. However, when I received the “fixed” ring, it was noticeably thinner due to excessive polishing. When I pointed this out, the saleswoman repeatedly insisted they had only polished it “a little,” and claimed this was how the ring was supposed to look. To make matters worse, the new engraving was of very poor quality—far below what you’d expect from even a budget jeweler. They didn’t even bother to properly clean the ring afterward, and it certainly did not look like a new or well-maintained piece of jewelry. I’m extremely disappointed in both the craftsmanship and the dismissive attitude of the staff. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality jewelry or reliable customer service.

Tukwila and worked with DeVaughnn who went above and beyond to put my dream ring on my finger. It was a trickier process since we were bringing in our own diamond but she made sure every single option was presented to us and kept us so updated on every step of the process. The jewelers actually work in Shane Co.’s location so the turn around time is so quick. The warranty the company offers is also something that can absolutely not be overlooked along with their upgrade policy! Shane Co. & DeVaughnn have our business for life!

Shane Co. has such a wide variety of settings and styles, and I truly enjoyed the experience of creating our own ring—it made the process even more special. All staff were wonderful making it easy and enjoyable to find our perfect rings.

From start to finish, you could tell they put so much attention into every single detail — nothing felt rushed or overlooked. The process took a little longer than expected, but honestly it was totally worth it. When we finally got the rings, it was clear how much care went into making them perfect. The craftsmanship is insane, every little design choice, every curve, every sparkle feels intentional and personal. It’s rare to find people who really listen and bring your vision to life, but Shane And Co did exactly that.
