5 /5 Dodo_doggy: So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

1 /5 N. DOMINGUEZ: Customer care here is horrible. Brought my jewelery for repair. They are charging me $240 + for a repair not offering me the replacement piece back and ive been to the store to pick up my item twice now and their making me come back for a 3rd time now because no one is doing anything about it not even an apology was offered for the inconvenience of me trying to pick up my item twice and now have to come back for a 3rd time.

2 /5 Shakeya Brooks: This Fred Myers Jeweler is the worst location! Ever since they got new management everything seems very unorganized. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring a few year and every time I go in to get a repair they can never find my order. I’ve ordered several things from their and so many mistakes made. On top of that I ordered a gemstone when I called to check on it they stated they didn’t order it because they thought it would be to expensive. Totally shocking to hear! The manager is also very rude. My advice go to another jewelry store and stay clear from this one

5 /5 J: I give apple espinoza ten thousand stars if i could, she is amazing at her job in taking care of customers before and after a sales, I recently looked at a ring, went home and decided i needed that ring, i called apple and she held the ring for me, then, when i bought the ring she was very helpful throughout the entire process, a week later i needed to return the ring because my engagement didnt go well and she did her best to cancel the re sizing so that i can return it, also when communicating with her to cancel she is off work that day and still helping me out to the best of her extent, a dedicated sales representative in my eyes, someone who is willing to help a customer even on her day off is by far a dedicated and caring person. I never write reviews but apple deserves one so here i am.By far the best customer sales representative i have ever met!

1 /5 Nick Kurkov: Stay away from this store as far as you can. If I could leave a negative star review I would and this is probably my second time leaving a bad review in my life, but I definitely want to do it here. I needed my ring resized to a smaller size. A lady took me to the resizing gear. Took about a minute and said it was good. I said, are you sure? She said yes. A week later when I came in to pick up my ring I put it on barely and couldnt take it off, my finger was tingling and I couldnt rotate it on my finger. I asked if this is normal. The employee said ya. I felt like a number that they just wanted to get rid of. I looked online and found an article about how to tell if a ring is too small. All 6 of the points I matched. I said I will not leave until I try a real ring to know my ring size vs the tool that they use. I realized the tool and the real ring were VERY different in how they came on and off. After trying a real ring we figured out my size and I gave it to enlarged to the size it was supposed to be in the first place. Secondly what got me super mad and still to this day is that the ring style was different and it was MUCH narrower. Instead of the ring being curved it was flat on the sides. It felt like it wasnt my ring. I told the employee, she told me its the same ring. I then got a picture out I took earlier of my ring and showed her. She still didnt want to budge until the supervisor came and told me that I did have a totally different style now. This got me really mad and upset, who allowed them to change the style of my ring or was this even my ring? I gave it back to them and asked that my ring be returned. After a week and a half I got a ring back. The style was now correct. It was curved like before but still is about 1/3 more narrower. Recently I came to my friend who I knew 100% had the exact same ring that I have from Europe. I compared it before all this resizing. Now it is like 1/3 thinner. I feel like I was robbed. I really dislike this store. The customer service, the service and dont give them anything to resize as they can rob you. Attached is a picture with my ring and my friends. Mine on the right is about a third thinner. I wonder were all that gold went. sucks. To this say I dont know if the ring I have is mine because its so much thinner and smaller.
