Ryan Zumbach I was drawn to Valerie Madison Fine Jewelry from their impressive portfolio of contemporary designs I found on their website and Instagram. They have great taste for developing clean and modern jewelry and can deliver on unique, trendy looks you havent seen anywhere else. I went the custom design route and brought a solid vision and illustrations to reference. Laksmi was super helpful throughout the process and helped me feel confident in making design tradeoff decisions and teaching me important details that make engagement rings special. Laksmi located the absolute perfect center gem stone for my engagement ring and the exact color of sky-blue accent stones I wanted. Both searches were not standard and she was able to find them quickly. The custom process took 6 weeks and the VM team delivered with no delays! They also work with a 5th generation jewelry fabricator in the area so I felt confident the craftsmanship would be top notch. It was! And my fiancé said yes! She loves the ring and we both cant stop staring at it.

Nazli Hasanova Definitely my fav place. They have a large stock and staff super knowledgeable. I love that location. Bracelet of this set was out of stock everywhere but the store’s manager Ms Jennifer ordered it for me from Vegas. Super happy with my purchase and their customer service ❤️❤️❤️❤️

GP Ford My wife had a stone come out of her wedding ring, same one that had a stone come out in 2020 so today I called FM Jewelers Sumner and asked for the manager. Aisha Reyes came to the phone to listened to my complaint. Then, instead of getting excuses and runaround I was told to bring in the problem jewelry and she would make it right. I met with Aisha Reyes at the Sumner FM Jewelers later that day, about a repair to my wife wedding ring from June 2020 that needed to be repaired again. Aisha looked up my account and found my past purchase history and said that I had already purchased the lifetime jewelry care plan and should have never been charged for the repair in 2020. (I was charged for a repair that I should not have been charged for) She then promptly refunded my money for the repair right then and there. Also, she quickly offered to make the repairs again at no cost to me. I have not ever had such great service before. She listened, she investigated, and then she did what she said she was going to do...and she made it right! I am extremely impressed and I will definitely recommend Aisha Reyes and Fred Meyer Jewelers Sumner to anyone. This is a five star review. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I will buy there again!

Sutton Bradley Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.
