1 /5 Steven Pfeiffer: Terrible experience. Went to get ring cleaned and they said they couldnt because a prong was bent. We took it to a jeweler whose been doing this for 40 years and he thoroughly looked it over and determined everything was fine. I dont know if they are trying to just boost their numbers or if the individual just didnt want to clean the ring. Very disappointed

1 /5 Heejoo Smith: Worst customers service. I went to pick up rings today and a jeweler was already with other customer. I understand that its first come first serve. She simple could’ve said hi and asked us to wait. Because she was the only one working there. However, The girl with the glasses totally ignores us like we are invisible for 20 minutes. Even we said hello first. No greeting back or asking to be excused. Just ignored with no apologies. Such a rude person. No respect for customers. We will never come back because of her.

1 /5 Carrie McAfee: Im wanting the whole world to know that Fred Meyer Jewerlers treat their employees like garbage. A young woman was working February 13th with a male customer. After an hour of looking he had a very expensive ring in his hand. This young women had the matching necklace in her hand. He grabbed the necklace from her hand with strength and anger and bolted from the jewelry dept. running toward the sliding doors. He hit the sliding door so hard he broke it. Then escaped with the ring and necklace. $10,000.00 retail value. So $3,500.00 wholesale cost. The manager was with her during the theft. He did not chase or ask her to chase the man. Upsetting yes. Now today, corporate sends in someone to FIRE this young women. I wont shop there and I advise anyone who is contemplating a purchase to go elsewhere. How dare they use her as a scape goat. Dont give chase manager, just let the front lines take the heat. Completely inappropriate way to deal with this. Zero stars is not good enough. I plan to continue to tell all about how you treat your employees. By the way, Fred Meyer Jewerlers has been robbed a lot lately. PS Im a "VALUED" customer. Getting hundreds back in rewards dollars each quarter. The sales you just lost from me alone does not cover your bad decision. Go ahead look me up. Idiots.

2 /5 Barb Dow: I have shopped here before and had good experiences. I cam in 2 weeks ago to special order something and everything was fine, all staff were masked per state orders. I went back today to pay for my order, different story. My salesperson was properly masked, but slipping, nobody else had a mask or had a mask in place - 4 staff members. One salesperson came to help so I socially distanced, she asked me to step up to pay. Hell no! I asked her to step away since I was protecting her but she was not protecting me - glare. All actionable to close down the entire store, I choose to review. Do not visit if you choose to stay healthy.
