Kyler Morrison Just stoped in hoping to find a spring bar for my watch. The gentleman who helped me was named Tab. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. My experience working with him, though simple and straight forward definitely left a great impression and I will always look to this location for my future jewelry purchases and fixes as long as Tab is still working there. He was patient and polite. If he was my employee I would give him a raise and use him as an example for all your employees.

Melinda Schultz I just received my order from Gwen and she is great! When I met her at DragonFlight, she didnt have lotion in the scent I wanted, so she offered to make it for me and ship it. I received it quickly, the product is great, and she even included an extra soap for free (of another scent Id liked at the con)! Gwen provides wonderful customer service, and the lotion I ordered from her is very nice--moisturizing, but not greasy. Thanks, Gwen!

Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!

Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

Nick Frederiksen Hayley made my wife a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band that both far exceeded my expectations. She is a very talented artist and super easy to work with. The rings were rendered in CADD first so I could get a sense of what they might look like before they were cast, which made settling on a design really easy.
