Dylan & Karalyn Wedding Another wonderful experience with Hailey!! This was my second time going back to her to get my piercings done! I now have 4 piercings from her (2 sets) and I love them all!! She’s super kind and relaxing and makes the whole process super smooth. She’s always clean and takes her time to make sure things are evenly placed and done to my liking. Shes an absolute gem and I would trust her with ANY of my piercings. She also followed up on my last piercing, just to make sure it was healing and I had no issues. This was very sweet and unexpected! Great customer service! I always leave with a smile on my face:) 10/10 always!! For reference: Service is free with purchase of earrings and they have loads of sizes, metal finishes and styles to pick from. Both sets of my piercings, along with the free cleaning solution cost me between 30-40 bucks depending on the size of the earring I chose. Process is super quick and clean and I was in and out both times in under 20 minutes.

Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched.
