We were in good hands because she always made sure we felt heard and comfortable. I want to also acknowledge the whole staff who were kind and welcoming. We’re so happy we ended up purchasing our wedding bands here. Highly recommend!

Lori, the manager, and Andrea also worked with us to find the best deal without sacrificing the styles we wanted, which we really appreciated. My partner and I have also been back several times for both ring re-sizings and cleanings, and the process has been seamless! Would highly recommend this Jewelers.

She is extremely knowledgeable on estate jewelry,precious metals & gemstones, and more… Tara marveled at my pieces, was genuinely surprised and more so impressed with the quality of Franks work. She looked at his webpage and just shook her head.She knows there are VERY few craftsmen around that do handmade work like Frank Malinak. I’ve had Frank design and hand-make me pieces 10+ years. Frank always delivers. Custom pieces, turn old pieces into new ones, engagement rings, repairs, etc… Frank is one of the best out there. Highly recommend.

Hannah Pyun I requested that the jeweler install a Moissanite stone into a custom ring I brought in. It turns out they had to elongate the prongs a bit before putting the stone in so the process was a bit more complicated than I expected, but they did a great job. They exhibited great customer service as well. I highly recommend Swissa Jewelers.

Taylor Gaspardo Mari and Mason were awesome today! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.
