Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences. Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. Its especially difficult having a lack of knowledge in this expertise and trying to find a business that will be honest about the true worth of jewelry. She is open and honest about her work and she has made me a loyal life-long client. She is so fun to talk to, our appointments felt more like fun, rather than business (though she was able to multi-task both). Taras communication is very quick and thorough.
