Matthew Davidson Much better than the Battleground Fred Meyer location, and a bigger selection than the hazel dell location. Worked with Jessica and she was amazing! She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Stacy Harrell Rick is the best. Ive bought several of his original pieces and take stuff up to repair. He doesnt do watch band replacement but said if I found one, hed put in on for me. He measured and told me the size and I ordered one from Amazon. Went up and he popped it on for me. Didnt wanna charge me. I insisted he get a cup of coffee at least...on me. Great guy and old school craftsman. Thanks buddy. Mickeys happy with his new band.

P L Easily one of the we best in the biz. I went to 4 or 5 other jewelers and watchmakers who couldnt handle the job or quoted me ridiculous rates and turnaround times. Eric took care of it in literally 10 minutes, did a perfect job, and was incredibly generous with the costs. Please come here before others, probably save some time and money.
