I love my charm bracelets and I style my bracelets to look a certain way and needed a couple of safety chains. Sasha was very helpful in getting my bracelets and charms back on, which cam be a chore. My husband periodically gets charms for me and he has had great experiences here, too. A lot of times, I order charms online, but coming to this store is so much better! Keep up the great work!!
