Taylor S I absolutely love this store. I was visiting Seattle and made sure to swing by. Thanks to traffic I made it to the shop with 5 min to spare before closing. Miranda stayed open for me. Let me take my time shopping and recommended a lot of pieces and just made my visit so amazing. I have been buying from And Arlen online for 4 years now. Almost all of my jewelry is from this shop (my absolute favorite being the fidget rings and ear cuffs!!!). If you’re looking for a wonderful place to get beautiful handmade jewelry I cannot recommend this shop enough. They also do custom pieces. Josh Crouse Not so great experience so far dealing with FMJ. To start with the good: Ring selection in house is mediocre, HOWEVER Fred Meyer’s online selection was pretty decent, especially for low-mid priced engagement rings. Shipping was relatively quick considering the pandemic still jamming things up and the associates were very helpful when assisting in re-sizing. Here’s where things went south fast. After waiting almost three weeks for the ring to be resized, upon pickup the ring has two major defects. Out of the four prongs holding the stone in, a single prong is shaped incorrectly and is inconsistent looking with the other three. Secondly, the stone itself does not sit perfectly in line with the ring to the point where itself considerably noticeable. It’s these issues that made me return the ring on the spot to see if it could be fixed. I was told it could be up to another three weeks until I have the ring back to me. Paying upwards of 1.5K I would expect just a bit more attention to detail. I just want to propose to my girlfriend already.

Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences. If you are considering Underhill Jewelers LOOK NO MORE! You are at the steps of Greatness when dealing with them Both Professionally and Personally you simply CANNOT go wrong here, congrats! Your search is OVER!

Sherrie Stormo My husband is sentimental and didnt want to replace his original ring -- after thirty years it had been worn down, and was very thin. We came to Medina Jewelers and they melted the original ring down, and doubled the gold. Not only was the owner extremely friendly and helpful, but the goldsmith did an impeccable job. We are extremely pleased to have the sentiment of the original ring, with the benefits of what feels like a brand new ring! Great experience all around!

Rachael Decker Nancy worked with me to design the most beautiful custom wedding band! My engagement ring is kind of a funky shape, and I was very particular about wanting the band totally flush. She worked with her wax carver to design me the ring of my dreams for a super reasonable price (in record time, might I add!), and gave me a great deal on a wedding band for my fiancé. Christine Omoto I found Brothers Jewelry through a google search and after reading their reviews, I decided to contact them about creating a wedding band. The process was initially intimidating because 1.) I’ve never had custom jewelry done before, 2.) it seems like an expensive endeavor, and 3.) I did not know if they really took on small projects like a simple wedding band. I didn’t want to waste their time or mine! The initial consultation was fast and I was left a little hesitant only because Scott seemed like he was very busy and there wasn’t any formal explanation of the process or any sketches done (things I guess I’ve heard are possibly conducted in the initial appointment?). I gave him pictures of what I wanted and he basically said, yup, I can do that. He was professional and gave a very reasonable price quote. Let me be clear and say that my intimidation and hesitation were self-induced and was just resultant of me being new to the whole process! I’m just trying to give a helpful, honest account of my experience for those who, like me, have no idea what to expect going into this sort of thing. Fast forward to the finish date, and Scott did an absolutely beautiful job on my wedding band and it is exactly what I wanted and had pictured in my mind. They finished on time and there was no surprises in the final cost either. I will definitely consider them again for any future custom projects. They are professionals and very good at what they do!
