5 /5 Evan Jones: I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring! Can you tell she loves dogs? Lol! Oh yeah, and she said "YES"!

5 /5 Margaret Eby: This is THE store for jewelry because the owner and staff truly want you to love the jewelry you purchase or have repaired. When I took a ring in for repair they gave me options based on how long I planned to keep the ring in the family. Their diamonds are the best - I can’t get enough! Friendly (understatement), knowledgeable (understatement) and sincere (understatement) owner and staff. If you want honesty and experience this is the place - the only jewelry store in town.

5 /5 Kurstin Dennis: I recently got engaged last Friday, and realized after months of telling my boyfriend I was a size 7.5 I was absolutely wrong lol and either way he went and got the most beautiful ring and proposed, and so the ring was big however that didn’t matter because we knew we’d go get it sized. I had never heard of Panowicz until after I did a google search and read their stellar reviews. So we took in my engagement ring the following Monday. Monique was so helpful and attentive as well as the rest of the staff. She told us 10 business days. I was sad I wouldn’t have jt for Christmas but it would be okay. Monique was careful to talk over all of the details of what they’ll do to my ring, because I had to go down a whole 2 sizes she was very verbal about the time it would take along with what may happen and how they will side my ring to get it back to its original look which is what I was worried about but again, she was very thorough in explaining how it all works. Today I picked up my enhancement ring and it is STUNNING as it was before. You can’t even tell they sized it.. no where could I see any flaws. Shelby helped check us out and then along with that we decided to sit down and try on wedding bands. Shelby was so sweet and helped us try on about a dozen wedding bands until we both found ones we thought were perfect. Thank you so much Panowicz and to all your staff for being so sweet!

5 /5 Jane OBrien: I had my grandmothers opal ring repaired and restored to look like new at Olympias Panowicz Jewelers. They found the perfect opal stone to replace the one missing and it looks beautiful. Also, they replaced a jade stone on my husbands wedding band that matched the other two stones in the ring. Both my husband and I are very happy we chose this jeweler to make our rings new again. Jane OBrien
