John Howald They are not rude but very polite. I waited for service while there looked over pieces. My husband was grocery shopping. I wanted to buy a gold chain for my gold medallion. The chain was so badly tangled I could not untangle without breaking chain. When I pulled out my small gold medal he looked at the chain and told he could untangle it. I gave it to him and returned the following day. No fee for service rendered. I plan on returning and buying some nice new earrings for myself there.

Yeet Mgyeet Went here for the first time to buy a laptop and the customer service was great. Rodney was able to help us navigate which one would be the best fit for us and also helped with updating it as well. They also had a nice selection of jewelry and electronics. Great prices, great deals, and even better customer service! We will be back again!
