Kelly I visited this store to buy some jewelry. The designs looked beautiful in the photos, but in real life, the jewelry felt cheap and lacked the refined finishing I was hoping for. The materials didn’t seem durable, and after just a few wears, the piece started to tarnish. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.

Cecelia Linsley Almost two years after the center stone in my engagement ring became disengaged from the rest of the ring, I took it on Monday to Grahams Jewelers to have it repaired with a new stone. Mr. Nguyen found a perfect replacement stone in his supply and, when I asked if he could also resize the ring and my wedding ring, he assured me he could do anything. Two days later, I picked both rings up and theyre beautiful! I could tell that Mr. Nguyen could see how happy I was and that he was proud of his work. We found the price for the work and the stone to be very reasonable. I will definitely take any future jewelry repairs here!

I visited for the first time the other day looking to buy some golf clubs for my husband, and I was blown away at their options and how sweet and helpful everyone in there was! The prices were very reasonable and my husband was so happy with the set I chose! A very sweet man who works there even helped me bring them out to my car! This place has gained a forever customer in me, and I will be telling everyone if they need to do any work with a pawnshop that THIS is the place they should go to!

Brenna Shie I wish I was better at getting everyone’s names, but love the location. Started coming initially because I had some broken chains so pendants that had no home and they were more than helpful multiple times. Even on sale days I came in while it was busy and they were able to help me look for the type of earrings that suit me best. I love my Mejuri earrings for daily wear. I really wanted a new pendant for the chain I bought there initially (holding up beautifully after a couple years and it’s quite petite. I got a beautiful heart pendant and an initial pendant. He had me try it on and I tried the pendant on the chunkier chain I was wearing and it also fit beautifully (useful that it has a generous bale). He packages it up beautifully, and I stopped in today for a chain extended to give it more room (awesome price for 14k). The staff always are helpful with my questions even when I shop in for a quick one or a longer one and clean my Mejuri items while I’m there (my pendant was so shiny!). Recommend for jewelry needs (been going long enough I feel it necessary to finally review).

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. She is a kind person and wants to help her customer. Stop by this location and ask for DAYA. She is the best. She is my go to from now on. Thank you again. I really appreciate you DAYA.

Kat Sykes I am very pleased with my experience with Wagner Jewelers. I took two rings in to have appraised for insurance purposes. Both rings actually needed tightening and repair so I was glad that I had come in. They gave me an estimate on repairs and appraisal and a delivery date. My rings look amazing and I can feel the difference in the tightness of the gemstones. They were done early, which really was pleasing! Overall, very professional and I would definitely come back again.
