Adele O I always had a good experience at this location. The cashier at the return station is the best! She is always pleasant to talk to. There is often someone on the floor when help is needed, which is a plus. There is a large selection of hair care products on sale by the salon side that I was surprised to see as I never go to that side of the store. Ive been to several locations, but this one is my favorite because of the service.

Jesse Logan I don’t need to say much. However, if I didn’t leave a comment of the fairness, respect and trust I have in this shop, I would be doing a disservice to the entire community of investors and collectors. This shop is phenomenal in every way. Give them a shot! Just call and ask what you want or want to sell they will work with you. Or bring it in and they will help! It’s not about a revolving door it’s about relationships and I have a great one with them that I hope will continue to grow!! Much love!

Samantha Blackmon The staff at Johnson’s was wonderful from start to finish. I came in with a class ring from my mother in law that we wanted to customize for our daughter (emerald is her birthstone). The original ring had the emerald and we added a baguette diamond. It is striking and one of a kind.

Amber I Super nice guys every time. I always banter with the Dark Souls playing dude. So I get laughs and some money for gold. They’re all super professional and fast. Highly recommend.

Melinda Schultz I just received my order from Gwen and she is great! When I met her at DragonFlight, she didnt have lotion in the scent I wanted, so she offered to make it for me and ship it. I received it quickly, the product is great, and she even included an extra soap for free (of another scent Id liked at the con)! Gwen provides wonderful customer service, and the lotion I ordered from her is very nice--moisturizing, but not greasy. Thanks, Gwen!

Brenna Shie I wish I was better at getting everyone’s names, but love the location. Started coming initially because I had some broken chains so pendants that had no home and they were more than helpful multiple times. Even on sale days I came in while it was busy and they were able to help me look for the type of earrings that suit me best. I love my Mejuri earrings for daily wear. I really wanted a new pendant for the chain I bought there initially (holding up beautifully after a couple years and it’s quite petite. I got a beautiful heart pendant and an initial pendant. He had me try it on and I tried the pendant on the chunkier chain I was wearing and it also fit beautifully (useful that it has a generous bale). He packages it up beautifully, and I stopped in today for a chain extended to give it more room (awesome price for 14k). The staff always are helpful with my questions even when I shop in for a quick one or a longer one and clean my Mejuri items while I’m there (my pendant was so shiny!). Recommend for jewelry needs (been going long enough I feel it necessary to finally review).

Juls pulido I went to jewelry exchange in Renton where I bought my ring it broke but when I took it back they repaired it in two hours at no cost. very nice people good customer service very understanding and what I liked they put the customers first. Will continue to shop and purchase my diamonds there.

karen baker Such a cute, whimsical, lovely boutique. Packed with unique clothes, bags, jewelry and gifts. I highly recommend 3PB. Huge plus for the extended sizes (see what I did there?). Great to know they ship too! And, the nicest people on the planet work here!
