From the moment I walked in with my friend, Jonathan made us feel completely welcome. He patiently walked us through different shapes and styles, and even showed us a few unique pieces. One particular ring completely stole my heart—but since I wasn’t the one buying, I left with just a few hopeful ideas in mind. What I didn’t know was that my friend and Jonathan teamed up with my (now) fiancé behind the scenes. Together, they coordinated the surprise of a lifetime. Thanks to Marci Jewelry, my dream ring—a stunning band with blue sapphires and a diamond pavé—was ready in my size, in time for a magical proposal I’ll never forget. We were so happy with the experience that we came back to Marci for my wedding ring. Jonathan once again went above and beyond, helping us personalize my band to match perfectly with the engagement ring. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process so special. The moment where he used a sharpie pen to color the stone to show me how it would actually look had my heart. laurie Burkhalter I have to give my praise to them! I am so happy with getting the ring sized of my late grandmother. It’s my wedding ring now and the price was amazing. I brought a watch in that another store couldn’t get the back off and I think 6 or 7 more repairs that were minor but they did a great job and didn’t treat me like the minor repairs weren’t worth their time. Better than anywhere else.
