I brought a watch in that another store couldn’t get the back off and I think 6 or 7 more repairs that were minor but they did a great job and didn’t treat me like the minor repairs weren’t worth their time. Better than anywhere else.

They have such an amazing selection & are so reasonably priced given their amazing curation! Vivian & the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. When my ring needed some repairs after a year they went above and beyond with ensuring it was fixed, their jeweler even reinforced the ring to stabilize the stone a bit better. We can’t wait to continue to find pieces from Isadora’s to hand down for generations!
