I’m just glad Patrice was working when I went in, I had only 6 days to get 2 enhancers for my wedding, and I’m not good at jewelry so my ring being a custom curve- it was difficult to find one. Patrice found me the perfect ones and also went out of her way to get them done well in advance of my big day. I also went and got them soldered after my wedding and was told they’d be ready in a week but was called the next day to pick up! The soldering was perfect, better than I expected. Very efficient, good prices, great customer service at this Fred Meyer jewelers

We had an expensive piece of jewelry that needed to be altered, and we were not disappointed in the outcome. It was beautifully enhanced due to size that I needed for my finger. It was flawless. I was so happy to come back from a long trip to find it in such a great condition as it Was a 35 year relationship gift. I was also thrilled that they were willing to inspect and clean my wedding band and ring at no cost. Such a wonderful addition and unexpected outcome. Thank you so much for your service. He has a ton of antique jewelry to look at as you wait and all the photography on the walls are his own work. A true craftsman and I’m happy to now have a jeweler to help with any issues in the future.

My wedding ring and my engagement ring needed to be sized up, another ring needed a lost diamond replaced, and the last ring was a family heirloom that needed the stone tightened and the ring and cleaned and polished.
