Anna Moore Janey was very helpful in providing me with information on how to reset my salt and pepper diamond into a new band. Communication was easy and she kept me up to date on the process. I had a bridal shower and was worried I would not have my ring in time to wear it for my special occasion. But lo and behold it was ready the day before! I was so excited to share the engagement ring with all my family! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this special little jewelry store.

Matthew Davidson Came here with my girlfriend to browse their ring selection. Worked with Jamal, he is super knowledgeable and seems to enjoy working here. He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Juls pulido I went to jewelry exchange in Renton where I bought my ring it broke but when I took it back they repaired it in two hours at no cost. very nice people good customer service very understanding and what I liked they put the customers first. Will continue to shop and purchase my diamonds there.

Johnny Findley Misty is an amazing person. Went to her shop and purchased some amazing stones and crystals. I came across a piece of vivianite from another shop. I asked if she was able to turn it into a pendant for me. She said she could. I told her I wanted to purify it first on my own since it needed it greatly. After I purified it, she put more loving, positive energy into it. I couldnt be any happier with her work. The copper wrap with the red leather cord truly brings out its radiance. With such an odd shaped chunk, she worked her magic. Misty has a customer for life. She is truly a gem.

Mina Moscatelli Wonderful experience creating a custom engagement ring of our dreams! The custom process was well explained and smooth from the start. I felt respected and heard during the design stage (which I cannot say for other places I checked out) - Mari carefully took notes of all my wants and worked closely with me to build a gorgeous digital render of a ring that I loved. The final product was even more stunning than we could have imagined! M&M did an amazing job with the ring and they were a joy to work with. Highly recommend M&M Studio for creating a custom engagement ring!

Missy Swift We had a great experience selling bulk silver here. Mike was so knowledgeable and great to deal with! We also bought a coin we were excited to add to our collection. I feel we were dealt with in a very fair way. Will definitely go back!

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. Mehek Gola I found this place while going from portland to Seattle. It is such a great place. Their collection is super unique and I walked with 5 earrings and a cocktail dress ..all of which looked brand new . The owner was very kind and has a strong passion for her job. I found funky earrings and fine dining earrings. I plan to always stop by here if I am in the area. It is also inside a mall so quite easy to convince a non thrifter to go. It doesnt musty smell or feel like your typical vintage shop. I hope this shops continues succeeding.
