I felt respected and heard during the design stage (which I cannot say for other places I checked out) - Mari carefully took notes of all my wants and worked closely with me to build a gorgeous digital render of a ring that I loved. The final product was even more stunning than we could have imagined! M&M did an amazing job with the ring and they were a joy to work with. Hanz Atia I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.

AJ 10 stars if I could!!! Fantastic experience with Laura from start to finish. She was professional and very knowledgeable about watches. She even noticed my Grand Seiko when I first met her, she knew my exact watch and about its movement so great to work with a fellow watch nerd. At first I was reluctant to put my name on the list as I had prior bad experience with other Rolex ADs but she convinced me to put my name down. I’m super happy I did because she was an awesome person to work with and a true representative of Ben Bridge and the Rolex brand. Shout out to Conor as well for helping me pick up the watch as I had to get it last second. All in all I highly recommend them!

DJ James Not ones to typically write reviews, but after receiving such exceptional service from Tiffany in the jewelry department, we really wanted to acknowledge her for making the extra effort to obtain the exact rose gold ring we were looking for that they dont generally carry in the store. In addition, she was able to get the in-store price for us. Tonya and Garrett were also very pleasantly helpful. Fred Meyer was our first choice when we started looking for what we wanted due to the excellent service we have received in the past. No one has ever tried to talk us into something else if they didnt carry, or could not find, exactly what we were looking for. They truly live up to their mantra, "We are here to please." Also, thanks to Tiffany for reminding us to use our rewards number.

Kaliane Oung My friends and I recently had a private event hosted by Social Chain. I had reached out to Mackenzie as we were having trouble confirming and finding a spot that would accommodate us. Mackenzie ended up helping organize our event and found a beautiful restaurant to host. The event was so much fun where we got to have dinner/drinks/permanent jewelry. This was our first time getting permanent jewelry and we are all obsessed. Thank you Mackenzie for hosting such a wondering evening and going above and beyond for us. We had such a great time!
