What impressed me even more was seeing another customer, who wasn’t making a purchase, being treated with the same level of care and respect. That level of consistency shows it’s not just about closing a sale here. I was offered a seat and some water while browsing, which made the experience feel thoughtful and unrushed. The store itself was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the luxury vibe. It’s conveniently located in a busy area with ample parking nearby. Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

Elizabeth Liu This place is so professional but welcoming! I got my back dermals done 2 ish months ago and they have healed so so well! My piercer was Jessica! absolutely amazing work and so well at taking your mind off everything going on. Undoubtedly painful but I was very at ease, we took so much time figuring out placement with no rush. Healing has been outstanding I have forgotten about them, they were done well, importantly deep enough making it flesh to the skin hopefully increasing the longevity. I definitely recommend, Ive been a sterile technician and each room has its own Statim sterilizer which I was so impressed by. They use it when you pick out your jewelry and before your piercing so it’s always sterile. Jewelry is great quality and front desk was helpful and accommodating, the price is definitely justified (statims are $$$)
