5 /5 DJ James: Not ones to typically write reviews, but after receiving such exceptional service from Tiffany in the jewelry department, we really wanted to acknowledge her for making the extra effort to obtain the exact rose gold ring we were looking for that they dont generally carry in the store. In addition, she was able to get the in-store price for us. Tonya and Garrett were also very pleasantly helpful. Fred Meyer was our first choice when we started looking for what we wanted due to the excellent service we have received in the past. No one has ever tried to talk us into something else if they didnt carry, or could not find, exactly what we were looking for. They truly live up to their mantra, "We are here to please." Also, thanks to Tiffany for reminding us to use our rewards number.

1 /5 Katherine McCartney: The worst. Took my ring to get sized. They called me with an estimate of $900. Asked them to come back with a better price, met with radio silence. When I didnt hear from them 1 week later, I called and said I just wanted my ring back. Took them 2 days and a follow up call from me to get it back. This waste of time took almost a month. Took to another jeweler- $400 for size and adjust for 2 separate rings, done in 4 days. Absurd.

2 /5 haley Thomas: My now fiance purchased my ring earlier this year. I recently noticed I had bent prong. I took it in immediately and had it sent out to be fixed. I got it back in a week which was great, except the prong is still bent. Now I have to go back in and ask why it wasnt fixed after being told it would be. Doesnt seem like the store staff knew to look at the ring and inspect it when receiving.

1 /5 Erica Kauffman: Husband bought a ring for me at Christmas. First it got bent up and I don’t even know how…got it fixed because he bought insurance.. now a stone is missing! It’s all overpriced junk! In all honesty my husband bought my wedding ring at Walmart 10 years ago and I’ve never had one problem with it but I buy a ring from Fred Meyer jewelers for way more money and it’s a piece of junk! I do not recommend them at all. It’s probably a $50 ring they charged $500 for.

5 /5 Jeslyn Cardenas: I just want to say Alice Lee gave me an exceptional customer service even though they do not sell Movado watches in Fred Meyer Jewelers. She help explain thoroughly well enough for myself to be set to fix my watch. Love the fact that she went out of her way. Thank you ! I totally recommend this respectful, help full and amazing service !
