5 /5 Victor Gehlen: Great experience here. My partner and I had purchased these rings in Hawaii from Tiffany. We did our best to select the correct size with advice from Tiffany and the assurance that the rings could be resized state side if necessary. Long story short, my ring ended up a half size too large. Tiffany had no interest in resizing my ring. They said it could not be done. Uhhh OK? I decided to try a local jeweler. We stopped by Simonto. He assessed the ring and agreed he could resize it. He said the diamond might pop out but if it did he could re mount it. The diamond didnt pop out and the the result is amazing! It fits great now. I couldnt be happier. We will be back for our next rings.

5 /5 Andrew Knutzen: My wifes wedding band had a broken prong causing the gemstone to fall out. Fortunately we found it in the driveway but obviously needed to get it repaired! Raffi was awesome and made what appears to be a high quality repair in 1/2 the time at 1/3 the price of a larger jeweler I got my first quote at. Definitely will come back here for future needs!
