Gilbert McKown First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call. This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops. I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver. Ben Starnes Chapa is simply amazing! He custom made two sapphire rings for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were absolutely perfect! I also had him do some hand engraving for me. The man is a master at what he does and every detail is perfect. I wouldnt go to any other jeweler. I dont agree that he is rude- in fact, he is very warm and charming.

Laura L. M. I really loved my first experience at Hidden Gem. It is indeed an hidden gem on Bainbridge Island! From crystals, to jewelry, to Tarot and Oracle, from encense, candles and books. Greeting cards and notebook, meditation items... Also, I really appreciate when theres demo decks of Tarot and oracles, it helps a lot to get a feeling of what each deck is about, touch the cards, etc. Youll have a good time here and will surely find a little something special for yourself or a loved one. Got my first stones ever here, and Im happy that I supported this small business! And the two employees there when I passed by were both very nice.
