Caroline was the one who helped us out and she was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, understanding, and did everything in her power to make things right for us. Caroline, Willow, and Mehrzad all worked together to come with a solution for my husband and I. I am very grateful for them because I was able to walk out with a ring. These ladies are AMAZING. They honestly saved my wedding big time.

I had the shank of my wedding ring replaced with white gold (from yellow gold) and couldnā€™t be happier with how it turned out. They also rebuilt a few prongs to make the diamonds more secure.
