Angela T Ive had really good experiences here. Ive purchased from other jewlers and online, but the items I purchased at this jeweler have been the highest quality and beauty. The staff treats me with kindness and attentiveness whether I make a purchase or not. Other jewelers wont give me care and service if they dont believe theyll get a sale. So I keep returning here. Just bought a certified diamond and I love it.

Taylor Howard I came in on Friday and was greeted by Kelsy. As a first time buyer and someone brand new to collecting watches I had about a thousand questions for Kelsy and she very patiently answered every last one! Ultimately she helped me decide on the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time (First photo with the green face). She was very mindful of budget, explaining the different levels of design for each price point. Rebecca Saxton Shout out to Claire, she was a wonderful consultant and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this business. I look forward to the day I can come here and design jewelry for myself :) My sister and I came in with a clear vision for what we wanted as a gift for our mom, Claire was very informative and thorough, helping us decide what gemstones/cuts/chains anchored?/and chain style. The price quoted was accurate, and the cost breakdown was laid out for us at the beginning. We put down a $250 deposit June 21, 4 days later we got the CAD rendering, approved the first iteration, paid 50% of the remaining balance cost, and August 22 we picked it up and paid the final 50%. $1250 in total for a silver bar necklace with synthetic emerald/peridot/sapphire, my sister and I are very happy with how our vision was executed and cant wait to share this with our mom

Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring!
