She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Would come back here again!

Kelli Temeyosa Excellent business! I had a stone go missing from my ring and they were able to fix it and make it perfect again. They gave me a timeline of about a week but it was done in 3 days. Super fast and it looks beautiful. Very friendly people as well. I definitely recommend them. They are wonderful!

laurie Burkhalter I have to give my praise to them! I am so happy with getting the ring sized of my late grandmother. It’s my wedding ring now and the price was amazing. I brought a watch in that another store couldn’t get the back off and I think 6 or 7 more repairs that were minor but they did a great job and didn’t treat me like the minor repairs weren’t worth their time. Better than anywhere else.

As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring!
