We appreciate their amazing job resizing my wedding ring and ordering my husbands ring in time for our wedding. They provide top notch customer service, excellent resolution, are very friendly, kind, resourceful, welcoming, and care about your needs. I highly recommend and refer anyone looking not only for beautiful crafted jewelry, but also looking for a wonderful customer experience to stop by. Anna Moore Janey was very helpful in providing me with information on how to reset my salt and pepper diamond into a new band. Communication was easy and she kept me up to date on the process. I had a bridal shower and was worried I would not have my ring in time to wear it for my special occasion. But lo and behold it was ready the day before! I was so excited to share the engagement ring with all my family! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this special little jewelry store.

I really thought I wanted a ring from a jeweler so I could set my eyes in person on it but once I saw these rings, I could not make any other decision than to buy through Point No Point Studio. The uniqueness of the rings they offer & the quality is amazing. 10/10 recommend. I truly feel like this ring embodies me & my personality 100%.

Kelly I visited this store to buy some jewelry. The designs looked beautiful in the photos, but in real life, the jewelry felt cheap and lacked the refined finishing I was hoping for. The materials didn’t seem durable, and after just a few wears, the piece started to tarnish. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.
