Sutton Bradley Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.

Lauren Berry Update!: Its so clear you can see the band. Its gorgeous. Arrived on time. Pretty packaging and is stunning! It looks best in natural light. I love my VVS1 D clarity natural diamond 1.51 carat. I sound like an ad, I know but I did a lot of research on diamonds beforehand. No pun intended. Original Review: Kyle knew exactly what I was talking about when I said VVS1 D clarity diamond and helped me choose a carat of diamond that shows off the Emerald cut. Kay "jewelers" tried to sell me a VVS1 I clarity diamond and Kyle sat and listened to me complain and was super nice even though he had to help choose a diamond and the settings. He gave me beautiful choices and listened. Now Im just waiting for them to set it and send it. Kay jewelers almost completely ruined valentines day but Kyle at Blue Nile saved it. Thank you Kyle!

Teo Kaiba Just got my nose pierced on 7/25/25. I called back same day to try and report that the ring came out and that the hole closed that quickly. I ended up having to get it re-pierced somewhere else. I called back the next day and they agreed to a refund but said I needed to wait until a manager came in. I haven’t received a call yet. I’ve called a dozen times at this point and have gotten no answer. I did think because it was a jewelry store that this was a good choice. Clearly not. Even Claire’s does a better job.

Lea Rose Bell Cant express enough how well we were taken care of here. Son went to have his new gift (watch) resized, and while there he also decided to let them do some permanent jewelry as well. Even though they both had lots of work to get done, because we were there in person, they prioritized us. They were welcoming, informative, efficient, and affordable. We were only visiting, but if we lived here, theyd be our family jewelers! Thank you again for making our experience so enjoyable.

Vanessa Schwartz Highly recommend the Jewelry Dr! After a horrible experience with a large chain jeweler (they lost my antique wedding band and lied about it for months, long story) I was nervous taking my wedding band set to be cleaned and inspected. Well, one day, I noticed a bad prong on my engagement ring and knew I needed to just get it done. I found Jewelry Dr. via Google and couldnt be happier! They saw me right away as a walk in, immediately inspected my set, identified the problem and even found two cracked diamonds in my wedding band! They were able to complete the work promptly and in house which was amazing. They had honest, fair pricing and shined my rings up like new. Ill definitely be back to have inspections, further repairs and cleanings!

Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

Daniel Ewing Excellent experience. I wanted a specific stone shape and had an idea of the ring. I was guided through the whole process well, continuously being offered great ideas as we matured the ring. Multiple wax models to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted in real life and even tweaked the finish once I saw the final ring. Cannot recommend enough.
