Joshua Carcamo 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product. (:

We had an expensive piece of jewelry that needed to be altered, and we were not disappointed in the outcome. It was beautifully enhanced due to size that I needed for my finger. It was flawless. I love my charm bracelets and I style my bracelets to look a certain way and needed a couple of safety chains. Sasha was very helpful in getting my bracelets and charms back on, which cam be a chore. My husband periodically gets charms for me and he has had great experiences here, too. A lot of times, I order charms online, but coming to this store is so much better! Keep up the great work!!
