1 /5 Teo Kaiba: Just got my nose pierced on 7/25/25. I called back same day to try and report that the ring came out and that the hole closed that quickly. I ended up having to get it re-pierced somewhere else. I called back the next day and they agreed to a refund but said I needed to wait until a manager came in. I haven’t received a call yet. I’ve called a dozen times at this point and have gotten no answer. I did think because it was a jewelry store that this was a good choice. Clearly not. Even Claire’s does a better job.

1 /5 Elena Glazova: I went to this store in Alderwood Mall for the first time today. This is the worst experience I have ever had with the staff of this store. The seller and the manager are very rude, did not answer questions, did not want to help. When I asked if I could try on earrings, they told me to buy first, then try them on and if something does not fit, return them. I bought several pairs of earrings, tried them on and said that some earrings do not fit well and I would like to return them. To this, the manager sarcastically answered me that all the earrings are on sale and it is not possible to return the goods. I said that you said that I can return the earrings if they do not fit. She smiled sarcastically and said that it is not possible to return anything. This is the height of unprofessionalism, such people should not work in the service. These two girls laughed and spoke Spanish to each other, it was very unpleasant and incorrect. Of course, I will never go to this store again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

1 /5 Jasmine Tanis: Brie and Hailey are horrible managers and weren’t professional to their past employees. They made us put our hand in “clean water” to flush the toilet by pulling the lever. Paris and Julissa are the only ones who deserve congrats for being amazing employees and tolerating this.

1 /5 Sandra Nava: Avoid this store!! Cheap made jewelry not worth the price. I bought this necklace for $22.99 plus tax it came to $25.42 and it broke by the time I got home. It makes no sense how it broke when I was gentle with my purchase. I couldn’t get a refund because it was broken which I understand but I also couldn’t get an exchange. Never shop here!

1 /5 estrella rodas: I got my ear pierced here this past Saturday evening around 7:30 PM, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. A younger Asian girl helped me — she was kind and friendly, amazing costumer service, however I truly don’t think she should be doing piercings. The piercing is placed way too close to the edge of my ear, and the pain is a 10/10. It’s so badly done that I’ll have to take it out and let it close up, which is really frustrating. The way she pierced it was aggressive and honestly felt very unprofessional. It didn’t seem like she had the proper experience or training, and I’m genuinely concerned for anyone else who might get pierced by her. I trusted this store to do something as serious as a body piercing safely, and I left feeling like it was a huge mistake. This was disappointing becasue I had gotten my third ear piercing here before and it was amazing. Please reconsider letting unqualified staff do piercings — this experience has been painful, stressful, and completely disappointing.
