Animal Lover94 What a great place to shop! John is so knowledgeable and kind. We went here for my fiancé’s wedding band and we couldn’t have been happier. John really helped us find a ring that fits my partner’s lifestyle and compliments his fashion. We couldn’t have felt more confident in our purchase. John was patient and genuine! I could tell he really wanted what was best for us. We will definitely be back for any future jewelry inquiries!

Jade Marie Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.

S H A lovely, well-curated shop with beautiful jewelry, pottery, baskets, and more. Stopped in after going to the Port Townsend farmers market, as it’s right there. A small space that smells good and looks good and I would love to buy everything if I could.

They have terrific prices and wonderful selection and can repair specialty pieces and also custom design pieces for you as well as repurpose pieces and they can also help you add to a curated collection.

Kyler Morrison Just stoped in hoping to find a spring bar for my watch. The gentleman who helped me was named Tab. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. My experience working with him, though simple and straight forward definitely left a great impression and I will always look to this location for my future jewelry purchases and fixes as long as Tab is still working there. He was patient and polite. If he was my employee I would give him a raise and use him as an example for all your employees.
