Paula Owens Onix is the hidden gem in the Anderson Shopping Center. I wish Id known about them sooner! They have the most beautiful, unique jewelry in their display cases! The main reason I needed to go in was a pair of earrings that I own: I couldnt read the purity mark on them with my failing vision. I felt like I was going to be a waste of time, but the gentleman behind the counter did not make me feel that way at all. He was so kind! He read the stamp for me without hesitation. I had also brought in a ring that meant a great deal to me. The stone had come out, and I hadnt been able to wear it in years. He took my ring and fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and hardly charged me anything. I am so glad I found Onix, and I recommend them to you without any reservations! This place stands out and shines.

Dave Campbell It was a cold and foggy morning in Walla Walla and I was early, standing outside Falkenbergs in the grubby chill! Instead of staring at the stupid customer who arrived too early, three amiable women waved me in, and while finishing their pre-opening chores, engaged me in conversation, and soon I was working with Shira; I had a ring to be appraised for value and possible purchase and she was of inestimable help; I had to return a week later for a finalization of their purchase, and again, a clerk named Helen was most amiable and worked closely with me to assure satisfaction. I dont understand the disgruntled reviews elsewhere, and would suspect some of these folks brought their attitude with them. Thanks Falkenbergs!

Ruth Stolk This was my first experience at the jewelry source. It was recommended by our neighbor who has been to your business multiple times. We had an expensive piece of jewelry that needed to be altered, and we were not disappointed in the outcome. It was beautifully enhanced due to size that I needed for my finger. It was flawless. I was so happy to come back from a long trip to find it in such a great condition as it Was a 35 year relationship gift. I was also thrilled that they were willing to inspect and clean my wedding band and ring at no cost. Such a wonderful addition and unexpected outcome. Thank you so much for your service. Asma Yousafi I had an extremely pleasant experience shopping at Taj Gold and Diamond Jewelers! The sales attendant was very personable and able to make the buying process fun. Not only was he attentive to our needs, but also patient and made sure we were happy with the piece we were leaving the store with. The buying process did not feel rushed and we were very satisfied with what we got! My family and I initially came into the store for one item but ended up leaving with five! The store has a broad range of styles from traditional to modern designs to cater to all ages.
