LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. I saw some earrings that are going on my wish list. Thank you Chreys for turning a stressful situation into a laughter filled memory. Our Mother would have loved your shop.

After a horrible experience with a large chain jeweler (they lost my antique wedding band and lied about it for months, long story) I was nervous taking my wedding band set to be cleaned and inspected. Well, one day, I noticed a bad prong on my engagement ring and knew I needed to just get it done. I found Jewelry Dr. via Google and couldnt be happier! They saw me right away as a walk in, immediately inspected my set, identified the problem and even found two cracked diamonds in my wedding band! They were able to complete the work promptly and in house which was amazing. They had honest, fair pricing and shined my rings up like new. Ill definitely be back to have inspections, further repairs and cleanings!

I would rate 5 stars if it wasnt for the other employee staring at me and my partner nearly the whole time. It made us really uncomfortable and unwelcomed, we left shortly after.

Jessee Taylor I had to take a moment to share the incredible customer service I’ve experienced at JLewis Jewelry—not just once, but multiple times over the years. Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched.
