1 /5 Ernest Spicer: Went in looking for engagement ring and bands, two employees looked at us and didnt engage or even say hello for almost 15 minutes. Left and will take our business elsewhere. Highly recommend going to Moscow for good customer service.

5 /5 Kyla: Very impressed and pleased with my experience here!! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from a place we found online that we loved the design of. All the issues we had with that store are for another post, but when the center stone on my ring became loose after less than 2 months and the online store gaslit us saying it was normal, we took it into Sam Dials & they immediately recognized the stone had been set incorrectly. They fixed it for us for only $30!!! My only "complaint" is that it took several weeks because they were so busy, but I cant actually complain because their fix is clearly of the highest quality, they charged me so little, and they were highly communicative throughout the process.
