He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was explained clearly and that I found the perfect watch. The manager and the rest of the s taff were equally impressive, offering warm hospitality and expert guidance throughout the entire process. Their passion and dedication to providing world-class service truly set this boutique apart. This was by far the best luxury retail experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough. Shes super professional but also incredibly sweet, with the best attitude of any salesperson Ive met in Seattle area (people are so lovely and nice in this Ben Bridge). I tried to get this 41mm slate datejust for my Dad as a gift. And she sent me an offer for Fathers Day, so thoughtful! I only waited a few months for my watch, which is awesome for a Rolex. This was my first Rolex purchase, but Young made it so easy and special. Shes definitely my go-to sales pro forever! :p
