JOSHUA PELLOW I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone at Pandora Bellevue. And today was no different, I work in Bellevue and I don’t always have the time to browse and shop simultaneously on my visits, so the BOPIS option is excellent, I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon I came in to collect the charms I selected, above and beyond service! My order wasn’t ready but the lovely lady who assisted me picked them and wrapped them beautifully. She asked me how long I had been collection and I said since 2013, and she was pleasantly impressed! Which made me feel valued in and as a returning customer. Pandora for me is like a candy shop, haha! It’s always sweet to pick up something shiny that brightens my day! Thank you team Bellevue! ❤️

Jessica Sturgeon I had a diamond created from the ashes of my late husband and received it without a setting from the company that created it. I went into Geralds with a vision of how I wanted to wear this special piece. Already owning and wearing my wedding band on this lotus pendant enhancer, I wanted to wear it in between to show through. It took only a week for Debbie to find a piece that would fit not only my diamond but the way I wanted it to. Less than a week for it to come in and even less than 24 hours to mount and clean such a precious piece. I would choose Geralds any day to care for any of my jewelry.

Teresa Suprak Excellent customer service at this location!! Cindy the manager, does a great job of hiring very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a watch for my sick husband and Nina did a nice job of showing me the watches. Cindy made sure the watch had the correct time and date, making it much easier for me! Everyone there had a welcoming smile and told me Thanks for coming in! A rarity these days. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs and excellent customer service!

Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.

She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and even helped me get a discount, which I truly appreciated. I look forward to the day I can come here and design jewelry for myself :) My sister and I came in with a clear vision for what we wanted as a gift for our mom, Claire was very informative and thorough, helping us decide what gemstones/cuts/chains anchored?/and chain style. The price quoted was accurate, and the cost breakdown was laid out for us at the beginning. We put down a $250 deposit June 21, 4 days later we got the CAD rendering, approved the first iteration, paid 50% of the remaining balance cost, and August 22 we picked it up and paid the final 50%. $1250 in total for a silver bar necklace with synthetic emerald/peridot/sapphire, my sister and I are very happy with how our vision was executed and cant wait to share this with our mom

Stacy Harrell Rick is the best. Ive bought several of his original pieces and take stuff up to repair. He doesnt do watch band replacement but said if I found one, hed put in on for me. He measured and told me the size and I ordered one from Amazon. Went up and he popped it on for me. Didnt wanna charge me. I insisted he get a cup of coffee at least...on me. Great guy and old school craftsman. Thanks buddy. Mickeys happy with his new band.
