I would rate 5 stars if it wasnt for the other employee staring at me and my partner nearly the whole time. It made us really uncomfortable and unwelcomed, we left shortly after.

The seed bead selection is the best and best priced I’ve found. I make jewelry and buy lots of beads. The quality here is great - thanks!

Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. She was aways responsive, provided regular updates, and offered great advice on design and the detail whilst still incorporating my initial requests and preferences.
