Chinnu Naidu I recently visited the Tanishq store in Redmond, and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. I purchased a stunning diamond set, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional, and the design is elegant yet timeless. The store itself has a beautiful ambiance, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless shopping experience. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for exquisite jewelry and top-notch customer service!

Dave Campbell It was a cold and foggy morning in Walla Walla and I was early, standing outside Falkenbergs in the grubby chill! Instead of staring at the stupid customer who arrived too early, three amiable women waved me in, and while finishing their pre-opening chores, engaged me in conversation, and soon I was working with Shira; I had a ring to be appraised for value and possible purchase and she was of inestimable help; I had to return a week later for a finalization of their purchase, and again, a clerk named Helen was most amiable and worked closely with me to assure satisfaction. I dont understand the disgruntled reviews elsewhere, and would suspect some of these folks brought their attitude with them. Thanks Falkenbergs!

Vincent took the time to educate us on diamonds, showing us the differences and helping us make an informed and confident decision for the engagement ring. The team worked with a tight deadline and still delivered a beautifully crafted ring just in time for our trip. Our wedding bands were also made to perfection. Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring! Can you tell she loves dogs? Lol! Oh yeah, and she said "YES"!

Rob Swanson Mike and John are amazing! My wife wanted two custom bands made to frame her engagement ring, we brought the gold and diamonds from my deceased mother in laws wedding ring to make this a special piece. They worked with us throughout the process, communicated clearly, were super friendly and their craftsmanship is second to none. I wouldn’t trust any other jeweler to do this project and I’m so glad we used Jewel Crafters.

Jimmy Bennett My custom ring from Adrienne was amazing. As was the entire experience. I loved working with her and her team, the prices were good, and in the end I have a very special, personalized wedding ring. I will be going back for anniversary jewelry for my wife!

Nicole Ure Connie is the jewelry queen! She did my engagement ring and is working on both our wedding bands. She works really hard to get a vision of exactly what you want. She has an artists eye and is realistic about what certain metals can and can’t do. We are looking forward to getting more art done by her in the future.

Natasha R This has to be the best jeweler we have ever visited. Any piece I have taken in for repair or alteration has been explained to me with options and price. Nothing has been too small a job and it is always completed on time. The pieces on offer for sale are so unique and different piece points which is wonderful for any occasion. So happy to have found an honest and beautiful place to go.
