Austin Holzer I delt with Levi who is usually at a different location but I was fortunate enough to work with him at the Francis location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra distance. He not only made us feel welcomed but didnt rush us or use any kind of sales tactics so we knew we wanted to work with him again when we returned to pull the trigger on the most amazing ring weve seen at the 5+ stores we visited today! Im a heavy question customer and Levi answered all of them with a smile and would even have his manager assure us on the more advanced questions. The manager was really friendly and easy to work with as well and even polished/buffed the ring again before we took it just to make my girl happy which was a nice little cherry on top. Overall a 10/10 that I would do again! Thanks again guys!

Olivia Lyons A great shop with incredibly helpful staff. I visited Alvin Goldfarb Jewler for the first time about two weeks ago, looking to purchase a new watch. It was a relatively new model and a pretty popular one at that, so stock was pretty much non-existent in the area. Chatted with Mark for a while about my interest and left my information in the event that one became available. Fast forward a couple days, I received the call that the watch had arrived in stock. Made my way back to the shop a couple days later and purchased the amazing Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT that I’d been looking for! Super welcoming environment, again very kind staff—Mark was personable, kind, and so helpful in showing me the features of the watch. This is truly a top tier jeweler.

Sara Cook Jennifer S and Jennifer T have been absolutely helpful in helping me make the ring of my dreams! I showed Jennifer S my dream ring inspired by a movie and she jumped on helping find the yellow diamond to ship into the store and view. Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced. Would highly recommend meeting with these fine ladies for custom designs of any other jewelry purchases. 10/10 experience!

Chrystal Grover I am very displeased with the so called "Service" and this company in general. First off, I had a layaway for a engagement ring for my fiance. About a week later i found the SAME ring, same CUT COLOR MATERIAL COMPANY.. etc on amazon for THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS. This ring was a carbine tungsten ring. The ring in diamond creations that i had on layaway was almost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. Very displeased i went in to the capital mall store. Since it was only a few days after the lay away deadline they promised a full refund with a personal call from the manager with an apology.. HA that never happened. I then went in a second time where i was profusely apologized to and was told i could pick up my refund after work the next day while the manager was in, so far TWO employees had promised me a refund and apology. I then went into the store and instead of an apology i talked to a "manager" who just bad mouthed her employees basically saying that she is sorry none of them know what they are doing and will talk to the OWNER of the store and make sure this was taken care of. Then........ THE STORE CLOSED DOWN. EVERY time i had been promised I had two or three people with me as a witness. LIKE THAT MATTERED. like it mattered you could buy the SAME ring on amazon for 35 dollars!!!!!!! Then i was called by the Tacoma store manager because that store is still in business. It wasnt his fault the "Olympia" store had messed up and would only offer "store credit" as it I wanted that, and like it mattered that i had been promised otherwise!!! So i drive all the way from Olympia and Tacoma thinking i Will make the best of the situation. HA. I told him I was very displeased and had my fiance with me to pick out something with that store credit.. Even though i was the only one in the store at the time I was told to please wait, so he could apparently help more important (Im guessing richer looking) customers. He then tryed to pressure me into doing another layaway for a piece of art i was fond with, which since he was ignoring me, i had time to look up on-line and find the EXACT SAME numbered signed, etc for about 75% less on the price. Still we forced a smile and to quickly get out said i wish to get my mother a gift, no more than the 100$ i had in the layaway, he agreed to help, i told him what i was looking for, then when asked the pricing of all the items he had shown me they were all about 100$ more and like i would EVER give them more money. He then got EXTREMELY snotty and tells me there is apparently NOTHING in the WHOLE store that is 100$ or less.... REALLY?? There sure was PLENTY at the Olympia store. Honestly this is the WORST experience i have ever had with any sort of store, layaway etc. It is no wonder the Olympia store had closed down, and i will continue to let every one know at the medical facility surgical hospital i work at and patients to NEVER go there. I wont be coming back. I would rather sell the gift card for HALF the price or just never use it before i go back and deal with the snotty Tacoma manager or anyone else i had to deal with. Worst service we have ever received by any company hands down. And people think there cell phone company is bad. I would rather pay triple the price to shop at a different jewelry store than go back here. Do your research before purchase your 400$ item is probably only 35$ on amazon as well.

Said Rashahid Came here with my mom to get her ring fixed. Everywhere else was talking about charging her $30–$150 and a weeklong wait time. They did it in about 30 seconds, for free! We will absolutely be coming back to them in the future for our jewelry purchases.

Krista Hinzel Great experience working with Donna at fwcj to create a custom sapphire ring. It turned out so incredibly stunning and I’m absolutely in love with it. She was so patient working through the design and the stone selection and so great with my toddler in tow for all of my appointments. Would highly recommend her and this jewelry store to anyone!

Devin Streeter Liz was wonderful, stayed open late for us while we shopped for a ring before a ceremony. Such a great shop with beautiful options. Definitely stop by when visiting Langley!
