Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. angie p. Je created exactly what I was envisioning. I didn’t want a solitaire engagement type ring, we were upgrading my wedding band but still wanted a little bling. This was perfect for me. Her team is super responsive. She is a true artist and doesn’t push any purchases on you. I highly recommend her and supporting local businesses. Thank you Je we will be back!

Sherrie Stormo My husband is sentimental and didnt want to replace his original ring -- after thirty years it had been worn down, and was very thin. We came to Medina Jewelers and they melted the original ring down, and doubled the gold. Not only was the owner extremely friendly and helpful, but the goldsmith did an impeccable job. We are extremely pleased to have the sentiment of the original ring, with the benefits of what feels like a brand new ring! Great experience all around!

Maddie Priest Tumbleweed is a cute little store that sells a wide variety of stuff; jewelry, purses, eco-friendly bags, and a bunch of goofy and unique items. My favorites are their collection of silly socks(that are actually good quality and comfy!), stickers, and cards. It’s a great place to buy gifts, and my partner has amassed quite a collection of socks. The customer service is very good as well, and I’ve always had good experiences here. In my most recent visit, the guy at the register was especially friendly and attentive. However, my only issue is that it’s rather pricey… but I suppose that makes sense as it is a local small business.
