Morgan Flowers I would give Mike and the team 10/10 if I could. I originally reached out exploring ideas for a custom wedding band. Life got busy, and the team was so amazing and reached back out a few months later. Again, we explored other designers in town. Ultimately we chose to go with Mike and Teneff. Mike took the time to meet with us individually to explore design ideas- and even let me change my whole idea! He was professional, and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable trusting the team with family diamonds and gold that are very dear to me. Mike and the Teneff team exceeded my expectations with communication throughout the entire process. The end result is I have the wedding band of my dreams that means so much to me. Lucky, grateful and proud to have it crafted by Mike and the Teneff team.

Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring! Can you tell she loves dogs? Lol! Oh yeah, and she said "YES"!

Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

C. Gillespie Great place! Owners are helpful and very patient with new rockhounds. Prices are extremely reasonable and the selection is very nice.

Stephanie G I had the worst time here. The girls act like they work at a high end jewelry store and so snobby, like pandora is only 1 step above the fantasy jewelry you get at Clair’s… when the manager pretty much forced this girl who was not doing anything to help me she actually scuffed and rolled her eyes as she looked at me. I bought a whole set up as a gift.mind you these toy charms cost on average 50 bucks. They girl ended up acting a bit nicer when she realized I didn’t have a budget. I honestly want to ask for the stupid bracelet back to return it. Shop elsewhere where they treat people with dignity.

Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

Carla Robinson My husband had my ring repaired for our 25th anniversary. Sophie did an amazing job. It looks as beautiful as the first day I wore it. The price point was fantastic. Ill forever recommend her.

Teresa Suprak Excellent customer service at this location!! Cindy the manager, does a great job of hiring very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a watch for my sick husband and Nina did a nice job of showing me the watches. Cindy made sure the watch had the correct time and date, making it much easier for me! Everyone there had a welcoming smile and told me Thanks for coming in! A rarity these days. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs and excellent customer service!
