From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and actually really fun! Cynthia was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the placement and style before getting started. I loved that she had a great selection of chains and charms to choose from—everything was high quality and beautifully crafted. The welding process was quick and the end result is a stunning anklet that feels both delicate and strong. I was able to fit 32 chains across the bar with my acrlyic labeling system (though it would absolutely fit way more without my acrylic labels). Super lightweight, too! Cynthia was so sweet and shipping was nearly Amazon Prime fast. Would definitely recommend!
