1 /5 Brandy Bear: My daughter received the iconic bow ring as a gift and the ring was to big I called and had the ring placed on hold in the right size we had our reciept. So we went in and the lady was so rude and disrespectful she said that the ring was to worn to exchange it which is not true. I bought my daughter a charm for Christmas that said on it slightly used has been returned as is. The lady was tall with shaved sides. I’m upset because I’ve spent a lot of money with pandora and to be treated less then is very upsetting.

1 /5 Dani: My first trip here was pleasant and fine. A worker told me I can return a gift I got for cash, so I came in the next day to do just that. I walk into the store and there are three older blonde women working, but they were talking to eachother and completely ignored me. When I asked for help I was treated like a bother and told that all they would do is put the money from the purchase back onto the buyers card! I explained to them what I was told the day prior and they said it doesnt matter and that they dont even have that much cash in the store. Horrible attitudes- ignored me, interrupted me multiple times, and were rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning, thats for sure.

1 /5 BLUE’s View: Came in with my sister hoping to purchase bracelets for both of us, was having high expectations since my sister had purchase from this location previously. Walked in and only one lady greeted us, the other three didn’t even care to look up. Told the lady what I was looking for and felt like she was looking down on me and my sister. She acted like we couldn’t afford to pay for the jewelry. Her attitude only changed when she realized that we were actually going to purchase items later on. She even turned around and gave a look to the two ladies behind the counter like she was surprised we even made a purchase. The whole interaction just felt gross and I didn’t want to stay in store anymore than I had to.

1 /5 Kia Gainey: I went to pick up a charm that was ordered for my daughter’s birthday and when going into the store there was a lady shopping around and the worker. I told her I was there to pick up an order and she said she didn’t see anything in when she came in this morning, I had clarified that it was made within the last hour. She gave a lecture about how the policy is typically 2 hour timespan for ordered to be made but since I was there she would get it ready. Let me reiterate, there wasn’t anyone in the store other than a lady who was shopping who she currently wasn’t helping. I’ll order from another store and she did not have a customer service or friendly “how can I help you attitude”. Won’t be picking up from here again.

The girls act like they work at a high end jewelry store and so snobby, like pandora is only 1 step above the fantasy jewelry you get at Clair’s… when the manager pretty much forced this girl who was not doing anything to help me she actually scuffed and rolled her eyes as she looked at me. I bought a whole set up as a gift.mind you these toy charms cost on average 50 bucks. They girl ended up acting a bit nicer when she realized I didn’t have a budget. I honestly want to ask for the stupid bracelet back to return it. Shop elsewhere where they treat people with dignity.
