Josh Crouse Not so great experience so far dealing with FMJ. To start with the good: Ring selection in house is mediocre, HOWEVER Fred Meyer’s online selection was pretty decent, especially for low-mid priced engagement rings. Shipping was relatively quick considering the pandemic still jamming things up and the associates were very helpful when assisting in re-sizing. Here’s where things went south fast. After waiting almost three weeks for the ring to be resized, upon pickup the ring has two major defects. Out of the four prongs holding the stone in, a single prong is shaped incorrectly and is inconsistent looking with the other three. Secondly, the stone itself does not sit perfectly in line with the ring to the point where itself considerably noticeable. It’s these issues that made me return the ring on the spot to see if it could be fixed. I was told it could be up to another three weeks until I have the ring back to me. Paying upwards of 1.5K I would expect just a bit more attention to detail. I just want to propose to my girlfriend already.

Katherine Gates This is the cutest little boutique in Lacey. Had this not popped up in my what’s new section in Google, I would have never found it! I had previously gone to boutique store in Olympia or Tacoma for items like this but no more! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a wide assortment of goods from knickknacks, jewelry, clothing, candles, books and more. They even have their own little wine club. Plus their shopping bags are just the cutest! The only thing I would like to see more of are local featured items. There may have been some but I think I was overwhelmed with the all the things that I missed it. Can’t wait to go back and check out more and see all of their seasonal items!

Katrina Johnson Wow, what an amazing experience. I am so grateful that we ended up going here because they really made it a special day for our daughter. I love the fact that they have the two piercers at once to make it go so smooth and easy. They were also really good about the aftercare protocols and they even followed up with us a couple weeks after to make sure that her healing was going well. thanks so much for making an experience for a child so memorable! And for me too! Happy mommy!

Putty Alyssa (Silly Putty) Wonderful experience! I did an online pickup. Very easy and quick process. The ring was a little too big but they were so quick to exchange same day. I will definitely be back again :)

Felix Espinoza By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a jewelry store. The owner/gemologist was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and generous. Although my jewelry project was a small one, I was treated as a valued costumer. Additionally, Kim Khap Gems & Jewelry went above and beyond the call and completed my project the same day! I’m wishing God’s blessings over this establishment.

Gerald Parr Well, this is an interesting one for the books. I came to the store the Friday before Labor Day, thinking they were open (Google said yes), but when I arrived the sign on the door said open, but all was dark. Hmmm, maybe just havent opened. Nobody inside, so I emailed the address from Google and said "Your ad and door says open today, but youre not?" Unfortunately, Mr Android "I know better" spell checker (or my big fingers) jumped in and sent a somewhat different text, only changing AD to something else, where the S is right next to the D. OK, a couple days later I looked at my email and thought...well, you know. Anyway, I sent an apology on behalf of Mr Android and myself and they said they were sorry they werent open. SO, on with the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the place and expected to see people in suits, fancy dresses or whatever and everyone was casually (comfortably) dressed. The conversation was very professional, instructive, informative and sometimes even funny. (yes, they didnt know about the foo-foo) with the email until I mentioned it. It was not an instant expectation of sales or whatever. Its customer oriented, and if you dont see what suits you, pet the cute puppy and be on your merry way. The place is arranged well and able to give you on-the-spot information. Theyve been in business a long time, and I can see why. Maybe if I decide to get my honey of 39 years, it will be a go-to place. Make it your first stop, if at least out of curiosity.

Kent Wannamaker I just stopped in because the pin on my watch band broke at the airport as I was getting ready to come to Washington State. They were very friendly fixed it for me and sent me on my way happy.

Kim I was running late and got to the store about 5:20 pm and they closed at 6:00pm. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and I had quite a bit of stuff for her to look at. We got through part of it and I will be going back tomorrow to finish what I have. The staff was super friendly and I appreciated the security that they have for their store. Great experience and a wonderful staff. Keep up the good work!
